Nepal Music Gallery is an established music retailer specializing in music technology and professional audio equipment. We are seeking a driven and talented sales specialist to promote and oversee music & audio solutions to clients.

Since 2008, we have been the faithful destination for musicians looking for good gear, fair prices and straight answers. We know gear, we talk gear and we love serving those using our gear. Today, this mantra remains and we pride ourselves in being that same specialist retailer that will personally share knowledge and expertise to meet the music and audio needs for everyone.

This is a full-time position that would require working at our music store.

TITLE : Sales Administrator, Pro Audio

LOCATION : Nepal Music Gallery (Lainchour-Scout Building Lazimpat road )

Job Responsibilities:

– Handle customer enquiries via phone, email or online social media

– Process sales orders and plan delivery arrangements

– Administer all documentation from purchase orders to invoicing

– Assist with retail duties that include cashiering, stock control, visual merchandising and housekeeping

– Assist to maintain our e-commerce business

– Follow-up on any other administrative matters

– Design & propose suitable audio systems for B2B applications

– Install, configure & provide training on live sound and recording systems

– Follow-up on orders and other administrative matters

Requirements:

– Able to communicate in both written and spoken English

– Computer literate and proficient with MS Office

– Organized, detailed and willing to learn

– Pleasant, proactive personality who is service-oriented

– Prior administrative work experience is an advantage

– Retail experience and/or knowledge in music & audio products will be a plus

TITLE : Retail Associate

LOCATION : -Nepal Music Gallery (Boudha Aarab Bank Chowk-Infront Of Global Bank

Job Responsibilities:

– Promote and sell our products and services

– Handle all customer enquiries and offer exceptional customer service

– Perform all retail duties diligently

– Duties include cashiering, inventory management, visual merchandising, equipment maintenance and all other store operations

– Assist with our e-commerce business

– Follow-up on orders and other administrative matters

Requirements:

– Prior work experience preferably in a retail or frontline capacity

– Knowledge of musical instruments and pro audio is an advantage

– A dynamic personality who enjoys meeting people

– Great communication skills, both verbal and written

– Responsible, motivated and an excellent team player

– Able to multi-task & resolve issues proactively
