Exceptional materials — we use locally sourced 3/8″ aluminum/titanium alloy bars that are heat treated for 8 hours to create a crystal clear tone, then they are polished to shine and hand-tied to a hardwood mantle in hand-rubbed oil finish
Hand-crafted for superior durability — each chime is individually tied to the wood mantle by hand with strong micro-braided cord (CordLoc) which can hold up to 50 pounds (think miniature rappelling rope) — no plastic ties or staples are used on our chimes
Versatile mount — the adaptable, strong chimes mount may be used on any common instrument, microphone or music stand — made of super rigid, laser-cut steel to be a dependable and rugged piece of hardware for years to come

Description

The Latin Percussion Bar Chimes are designed for virtually any musical setting and are crafted from a specially formulated tempered aluminum alloy to provide a bright sound and great tonal diversity. The natural wood bars are made from select hardwood with a satin finish. this NMG-Chimes-27 bar Concert Series Bar Chimes are equipped with an exclusive “anti-twist” bracket that is mounted at the balance point of each bar to prevent movement.
