Description

The CDP-S series is perfect for those who are looking for a compact, lightweight, and portable digital piano that can be played anywhere. The fine-grained finish on the key surface prevents slippage caused by perspiration, and the keys feel comfortable to the fingertips even during long sessions. The function notations above the keys make it easy to see which keys to press to change settings such as tones and tempo. In duet mode, the left and right halves of the keyboard are set to the same tonal range, making it an ideal instrument for students and teachers to play together.

The CDP-S model features a full-scale 88-key keyboard and comes with 10 high-quality built-in tones, making it suitable for a wide range of musical genres. In addition to standard equal temperament tuning, 16 alternate temperaments are available. The MIDI recorder feature enables performances to be recorded to the piano’s internal memory and played back – helpful during lessons or just for fun.

The keyboard comes equipped with Scaled Hammer Action Keyboard II technology, which is an action mechanism with hammer weighting the same as a grand piano, housed in a compact body, allowing for a great balance of slim size and responsive touch. With 2 built-in speakers and 8W+8W amplifiers, the CDP-S delivers a high-quality sound that’s perfect for practicing, performing or recording.

The CDP-S runs on either AA-size alkaline batteries or with an AC adaptor, making it an ideal choice for musicians on the go.
