M32C
The 40-input, 25-bus M32C takes the brain of the flagship M32 digital mixing console and integrates it into a high-performance 1U form factor made of aluminum and steel. Combine the M32C with our DL16 or DL32 stage boxes to effortlessly operate sound with high I/O count in multiple remote locations. The dual AES50 CAT5 network connectors allow control and processing up to 96 remote inputs and 48 output channels from the M32C. All of this can be managed simultaneously from various locations and instances via our free remote control software applications, M32-EDIT, M32-MIX, and M32-Q.
Above all, the M32C is designed to put the power of digital in your hands without compromise.

Built for tomorrow
The M32C is a console designed for today and tomorrow – its proprietary foolproof operating system and 0.8ms audio engine deliver exceptional cutting-edge audio performance for years to come.

“Acoustic integration” – the live sound revolution
The legendary 40-year-old British company Turbosound , famous for producing some of the world’s best speaker systems, has partnered with Midas to seamlessly integrate mixing and speaker systems. We call it “Acoustic Integration”.
The M32C’s ULTRANET bus delivers up to 16 channels of blank digital audio to a range of Turbosound iQ speakers – all on a single CAT5 cable, as well as control data for setting remote sound presets.
In addition, the iQ series speakers feature the “true physical modeling” of some of the most popular speakers, which can be easily controlled remotely via the M32C, allowing the sound engineer to apply different speaker models in real time from the comfort of the mixer.

RTA 100 bands for all channel/bus equalizers
The M32C includes a 100-band Real-Time Analyzer (RTA) with full views of the bar and spectrograph on the M32-EDIT control application. This high-resolution RTA displays audio power distribution in 100 frequency bands over time – capturing a full 10-second sonagram window.
Switch between the Wide RTA view, displaying any available signal in full screen resolution, or the view combined with the RTA view displayed above each of the channel and bus equalization curves.
Directly view the results of your filtering choices in the audio spectrum. In addition, the RTA can be displayed above the 31-band graphic equalizers in the FX rack.
Monitoring and controlling frequencies has never been easier!

What are AES50 and SuperMAC?
AES50 simultaneously provides high channel count, extremely low and deterministic latencies, precise phase-aligned network clock distribution, error detection, network redundancy, with simple deployment and ease of use to meet the needs of the live entertainment industry.
This unique combination also benefits live and studio recording applications, as well as the audio post-production, broadcast and routing infrastructure. SuperMAC is a proprietary implementation of AES50 owned by KLARK TEKNIK. Originally developed by Sony Pro-Audio Labs in Oxford, UK, it forms the basis of the Audio Engineering Society’s Open Standard AES50 for Digital Audio Networking – High Resolution Multi-channel Audio Interconnection (HRMAI), as published by the Audio Engineering Society, Inc..

DCA Groups
DCA (Digitally Controlled Amplifier) Groups and Mute control multiple signals at once without mixing them into a subgroup bus. The M32C’s 8 DCA groups and 6 Mute groups allow you to control multiple signals via a single command, such as the entire drum mix, brass section or backup vocalists, etc.
DCA control affects FOH mixing, while allowing individual buses to remain unchanged. The result is a customizable workflow that provides maximum flexibility, but still allows individual buses and subgroups to serve the purpose they were intended for, such as area submissions, broadcast streams, etc.

You are connected
Each M32C comes with all the digital connectivity and features you need, right out of the box. Built-in USB 2.0 connectivity delivers 32 x 32 channels of audio and MIDI to your DAW. Integrated multi-channel digital audio interfaces connect to remote stage boxes and P16 personal feedback system. Native Ethernet control allows remote operation via computer, iPad or iPhone over wired or wireless network, across the room – or across the planet!
The two AES50 network ports with KL Klark Teknik SuperMAC technology support up to 96 inputs and 96 outputs on a shielded CAT5 (STP) cable, enabling remote stage boxes and signal sharing between multiple connected M32 series mixers and other Midas , Klark Teknik and AES50-equipped products.

POWERPLAY P16
Personal Monitoring System
Simple as a handshake. Plug the P16-M Personal Return Mixer into the M32C’s ULTRANET port with a shielded CAT5 (STP) cable and let the artist compose the ideal 16-channel personal feedback mixing. You can daisy-chain additional P16-M units or use multiple ULTRANET P16-D distributors to easily configure a ready-made monitor system that can accommodate 64 individual P16-M units and provide them with operating power via CAT5.
Midas M32C

DL16
Digital Stage Box
The Midas DL16 digital stage box bridges the gap between stage and FOH (Front of House) by placing 16 high-end Midas mic preamps fully programmable, remotely controllable and 8 balanced analog XLR feedbacks at the end of the stage. By connecting over a single shielded CAT5 (STP) cable, up to three DL16 or Midas DL150 stage boxes can be daisy-chained to provide 48 input and 24 output channels to the stage. The M32R’s two AES50 ports allow for connecting and routing up to 96 input channels in the same system.
AES50 network ports featuring KLARK TEKNIK SuperMAC technology for ultra-low latency (in-ear compatible)Networking capacity up to 100m via CAT5 cable (not included)Two AES50 ports, each for cascading up to three DL16 units – no fusion or router required
