Description
Tyamko is one of the prominent members of Panche Baja, a traditional musical ensemble from Nepal. It is a small Nepali kettle drum that can be made from materials such as softwood, clay, copper, or iron, with the drumhead typically made from cowhide. The Tyamko is played using two sticks called Gajo.
NMG-Tyamko made with Copper and Animal strong Hide . So you can tune very heigh note .
In the eastern part of Nepal, Tyamko holds significant cultural importance. It adds rhythmic and melodic elements to the performance of Panche Baja, bringing vibrancy and liveliness to various festivals, religious ceremonies, and cultural events.
