Pro-R-SB Stackable Base Mic Stand

The Pro-R-SB (Pro-R Series Stackable Base) has a unique weighted base design that allows you to stack up to six mic stands on top of each other to save space. And like the rest of the Pro-R Series, it has the patented Quarter-Turn Clutch and the thick, heavy-walled tubing that sets them apart from other mic stand in their class.

Round Stackable Base

The stackable base concept was invented by Ultimate Support, and is ideal for schools, churches, bars, small venues – anywhere that needs lots of stands, but with limited storage. The updated base on the Pro-R-SB is compatible with earlier Ultimate Support stackable base designs, so if you already have some earlier ones, you can combine them with the Pro-R-SB in a single, compact package.

The stackable base is modular, and can easily be detached from the shaft via a patented, quick-release threading system.

Modular Base Design

The modular design of the entire Pro-R Series means you can swap shafts and bases easily. The patented quick-release threading system also makes it fast to detach the base for transport, so if you like using weighted or stackable bases live, they load much easier than other designs with fine threads that are difficult to use.

Quarter Turn Clutch Mechanism / Enhanced Design

All Pro-R Series stands use the patented quarter-turn clutch mechanism with oversized grip handle for comfort. Adjusting the height of the mic stand is as easy as a simple twist of the wrist – one you try it, you’ll never want to go back.

The Pro-R Series also feature the lighter weight MC-05 shaft design. The 22mm thick steel tubing and reduced weight shaft design make for stands that are easy to haul around, while still offering the durability and style you expect from Ultimate Support.

Additionally, the Universal Mic Adapter Threading has been removed and returned to a standard 5/8″ threaded design.
